- Design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions for ECS Big Bets and AI 10.0 initiatives.Build scalable, high-performance applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting code quality and technical excellence.Implement unit testing, code coverage, and test automation to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, compliant, and productive solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and model performance for production environments.Stay current with AI trends, LLMs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Software engineering experience, with at least 1+ years in AI solution development.
- Strong expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL for full-stack development.
- Proven experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization.




- Hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, LLM gateways, and multi-agentic architectures.Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building agentic solutions.
- Solid understanding of unit testing, code coverage, and test automation frameworks.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.Preferred: Experience in healthcare or regulated environments and AI-driven observability tools like Arize AX.
