Role and Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team who shall Investigate, monitor, and escalate potential high risk and/or fraudulent activity related to customers' accounts or transactional activity.
- Support team in managing and responding to incoming claims in customer-impacting queues, in compliance with operational and regulatory obligations
- Work closely with Client stakeholders
- Experience in working with disputes and chargebacks into Fraud activities.
- Impart effective coaching, monitoring and guidance to ensure consistent high-performance delivery
- Bring in innovative ideas and process improvement proposals to strengthen the business
- Provide on-going monitoring and resolve escalations/complaints
- Ensure Program adherence to Client & internal InfoSec/compliance guidelines.
- Drive performance and be accountable in delivering SLA/KPI's.
- Conduct regular one on ones to identify and solve issues/challenges experienced by team members.
- Accountable for absenteeism and attrition.




- Be an active participant in all weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviews

Desired Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valuable knowledge of the Financial Crime (FinCrime) landscape and regulatory requirements.

- Hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM) and alert review.
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and controls.
- Experience in identifying suspicious transactions and unusual customer behavior.
- Knowledge of KYC, CDD, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.
- Familiarity with sanctions screening and PEP checks.Demonstrated ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines of deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members.
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
