Client CommunicationCommunicate with clients through WhatsApp, email and calls.Understand client requirements and campaign objectives.Share campaign updates and timelines.Respond to client queries promptly.Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.Maintain skilled relationships with clients.Collect client feedback and communicate it to the internal team.? Campaign ManagementUnderstand campaign briefs from clients.Coordinate creator shortlisting and approvals.Track campaign timelines and deliverables.Follow up with creators for content submissions.Coordinate revisions and approvals.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time.Escalate issues to the Senior CS / Campaign Manager.? Client ReportingMaintain client and campaign information in CRM/Google Sheets.Track campaign status.Prepare basic campaign updates.Collect content and performance information.Help prepare post-campaign reports.?
