Herbal Pouch is looking for energetic, ambitious Business Development Associates to help grow our offline and online sales presence in Pune.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, pitching products confidently, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business. You will take Herbal Pouch directly to potential retail and wellness partners including pharmacies, wellness centres, gyms, salons, parlours, caf s, lifestyle stores, and other relevant outlets.
We are open to freshers. What matters most is your drive, communication, confidence, willingness to work on the ground, and ability to take ownership of sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

1)Identify and approach potential retail, wellness, fitness, beauty, and lifestyle partners across Pune.

2)Visit stores, gyms, wellness centres, salons, parlours, pharmacies, and other relevant outlets to introduce Herbal Pouch products.

3) Pitch the brand and products to business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

4)Build relationships with potential stockists, resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.

5)Convert leads into product listings, bulk orders, partnerships, and repeat business.

6)Maintain a daily pipeline of prospects, visits, follow-ups, meetings, and sales conversions.

7)Follow up consistently with interested partners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

8)Support online lead conversion and partnership outreach when required.





9)Represent Herbal Pouch at exhibitions, pop-ups, trade shows, events, and brand stalls.

10)Help set up and manage exhibition stalls, engage visitors, explain products, and drive sales during events.
