Roles & Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday / ServiceNow integrations.- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and WQL.- Design and implement HRSD (HR Service Delivery) integrations with Workday and other enterprise applications.- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.- Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.- Work with business, HR,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.- Provide technical guidance to integration developers and support code/design reviews.- Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.Required Skills- 5–10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integration development.- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.- Robust experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and WQL (Workday Query Language).- Mandatory hands-on experience with HRSD integrations.- Experience integrating Workday/ServiceNow with HR and enterprise applications.- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.- Experience in integration troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and production support.- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to provide technical leadership and guide junior/mid-level developers
