Sales Manager – Real EstateCompany: Quick Home SearchLocation: Sarjapur, BangaloreDepartment: SalesExperience: 2-3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout Quick Home SearchQuick Home Search is a real estate platform focused on helping customers discover residential properties and connecting them with suitable projects and reputed builders across Bangalore.We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Sarjapur.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Management- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.- Conduct daily sales huddles and regular performance reviews.- Train team members on lead qualification, pitching, objection handling and closing techniques.- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve conversion.Lead & Sales Management- Manage and monitor leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.- Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up by the sales team.- Track the complete sales funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.- Monitor lead quality and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.- Personally handle high-value and priority customers when required.- Develop strategies to improve site visits and booking conversions.Customer Management- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and buying objectives.- Guide customers towards suitable residential projects.- Assist the team in handling customer objections and negotiations.- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.Project & Market Knowledge- Maintain strong knowledge of residential projects across Sarjapur, East Bangalore and surrounding locations.- Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, offers, payment plans and USPs.- Monitor competitor projects,
