Ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop training programs, conduct audits, and certify Level I & II NDT personnel.Mandatory NDT Methods: ASNT Level III in any 5 of: UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT.Key Responsibilities:- Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits of NDT procedures and personnel; ensure adherence to ASNT, ISO, API, ASME, and customer standards; review inspection reports.- Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver NDT training programs; mentor Level I & II personnel; assess competency.- Personnel Certification: Certify Level I & II personnel per ASNT guidelines; maintain qualification records.- Technical Leadership: Serve as technical authority for NDT methods; develop and approve procedures; support complex inspections.- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review NDT manuals, procedures, and reports for audits and compliance.Qualifications & Experience:- ASNT Level III certified in specified methods- 8–12 years in NDT, including audits, training, and certification- Solid knowledge of codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
