This role requires someone who thrives on the road, builds trust quickly in face-to-face meetings, and can carry a conversation confidently in both English and Hindi.Key Responsibilities- Travel across India to meet prospective and existing clients,



conducting in-person sales meetings and closing deals- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead follow-up and discovery to negotiation and deal closure- Build and maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals- Understand client requirements and effectively position the product to close sales- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and travel activity in CRM- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as agreed under the contractRequirements- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales or B2B sales- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (frequent outstation trips)- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while on the road- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google WorkspaceEngagement Terms- Fixed-term / contract-based engagement (duration and terms to be specified)- Compensation: [Fixed contract fee / commission-based / hybrid — specify]- Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy- Scope of work and deliverables governed by contract agreement
