Qualification: B.Sc or related field.

Age:24 to 32

Gender: both male and female candidates

Salary : 12000 to 14000 per month.

A quality controller in the glass industry inspects raw materials, monitors melting and forming processes, and tests finished glass products for strength, clarity, and defects.

Raw Material Inspection

- Check incoming components: Inspect sand, soda ash, limestone, and cullet (recycled glass) for chemical makeup and grain size.
- Verify standards: Ensure suppliers meet the company's precise oxide and purity rules.

Process Monitoring

- Monitor furnace temperatures: Keep a close eye on melting temperatures to prevent bubbles or weak spots.
- Check molds and forming: Verify that shaping machines and molds create glass with the correct wall thickness and dimensions.

Defect Testing and Inspection

- Inspect for flaws: Look for visual defects like bubbles, scratches, color variations,



or sharp edges.
- Test durability: Run stress, pressure, and impact tests to confirm the glass is strong and protected. You can learn more about standard glassware inspection and quality control protocols used in manufacturing.

Reporting and Compliance

- Document results: Write down daily test numbers, defect counts, and inspection data.
- Stop bad batches: Reject and remove flawed glass items immediately so they do not ship to customers.
