About the Role

Western Airducts India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, along with strong communication, customer relationship, and business development skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Any Science Degree with relevant sales experience

Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in industrial product sales
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Candidates with experience selling other industrial products may also apply

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective customers
- Conduct sales calls and product presentations
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain solid relationships with existing clients




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations/estimates
- Provide consultative sales solutions based on customer needs
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to fulfill customer requirements
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to successfully close sales
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
