Position description: Responsible for smooth operations / execution in the SAMT stores and also responsible for availability and visibility of products. Need to ensure productivity parameters and salesman app usage are monitored and maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Build the activities in scope towards the organization objective.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and hygiene of products at B2B channels.
- Ensure business hygiene is maintained through submission of channel partner claims / damage values.
- Manage and guide promoters and merchandizers for visibility of the products.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
- Develop market intelligence, new chain of outlets & expansion of distribution network
- Ensure timely supply of products with minimal leakages, damages & transit losses.
- Optimum utilization of resources.
- PO tracking on daily basis.




- Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
