We are looking for a skilled and responsible Plumber to handle plumbing maintenance, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance at client facilities. The candidate should be technically sound, reliable, and capable of responding quickly to plumbing-related breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to daily plumbing complaints and maintenance requirements.
- Repair and maintain water supply, drainage, sanitary and plumbing systems.
- Install, repair and replace pipes, valves, taps, faucets, washbasins, WC fittings and other plumbing fixtures.
- Identify and rectify water leakage, blockage and pressure-related issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Check and maintain water tanks, pumps, pipelines and associated fittings.
- Attend emergency plumbing breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment and plumbing materials.
- Coordinate with the Facility Supervisor/Engineer for maintenance activities.




- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the work area.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance work and materials used.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, hotel, mall, hospital or facility-management environments.
- Good knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, pipelines and sanitary fixtures.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing problems independently.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
