Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Operator

1. Role Summary

The Warehouse Operator is the heart of our distribution cycle. You will be responsible for managing the flow of health supplements (Nutraceuticals) and Over-The-Counter (OTC) medicines. Your primary goal is to ensure that the right products are in stock, correctly stored, and accurately packed for our delivery team.

This role is perfect for Fresh Graduates who are detail-oriented and looking to build a career in Supply Chain or Logistics within a qualified and supportive setting.

2. Detailed Responsibilities

- Inward Stock Management: * Unloading incoming shipments from manufacturers.
- Verifying physical stock against the Purchase Invoice (checking quantities and expiry dates).
- Organizing stock on shelves using a "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) system to ensure products don't expire.
- Order Picking & Packing: * Reading daily order sheets for various medical stores.
- Carefully picking the correct Nutraceutical and OTC items.
- Packing products securely to prevent damage during bike transit.
- Inventory Accuracy: * Conducting weekly or monthly physical stock counts (Audit).
- Maintaining a clean, dry, and organized basement environment (Basement 2) to protect medical-grade products.
- Team Collaboration:



* Handing over packed boxes to the Delivery Executives by 9:30 AM daily.
- Reporting any low-stock levels to the management immediately.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, etc.).
- Experience: None required (Freshers are welcome). We will teach you the basics of inventory software and stock handling.
- Skills: * Basic computer knowledge (for data entry).
- Good organizational skills—you should be someone who likes keeping things in the "right place."
- Reliability and honesty are non-negotiable.
