Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Freshers to join our technical and production team. The candidate will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for supporting daily production, machine operation, maintenance, and other technical activities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production and technical operations.
- Operate machines and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Assist in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities.
- Perform basic inspection and quality checks of products/components.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments as required.
- Report machine issues, defects, or operational problems to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and other required documentation.




- Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow company rules, policies, and work instructions.
- Perform other technical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

- Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Turner / Machinist / Diesel Mechanic or relevant trade.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Good basic technical knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production/technical environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, attendance, and teamwork.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical concepts.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Problem-solving and learning attitude.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
