Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Senior Process Associates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling US customers in an International Voice Process, with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process.
- Experience in a Sales Process is preferred.
- Experience handling US customers is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.




- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
