About Nirora Practice

Nirora Practice is building a Platform for Consulting Firms — a B2B SaaS platform designed to help consulting firms deliver compliance, ESG and reporting services more efficiently.

We are currently at the MVP development stage and are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join early and take ownership of the technology side of the company.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder who can take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling Nirora's technology.

You will work closely with the founder, who will primarily lead business, product, customer discovery, sales and overall company direction.

The immediate focus is technology. However, we are looking for someone with a founder mindset — someone who is willing to understand the business, talk to customers, challenge product decisions and contribute beyond engineering when they see an opportunity.

As Nirora grows, there is an opportunity to take on broader responsibilities and eventually contribute as an equal co-founder across technology and business decisions, based on interest and contribution.

What You Will Own

- Take end-to-end technical ownership of Nirora's product
- Build, improve and maintain the SaaS platform
- Make key decisions around architecture, technology and engineering practices
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and manage the application's frontend and backend
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into the product
- Design APIs, databases and backend services
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Establish security, performance, reliability and scalability practices
- Make technology choices appropriate for an early-stage SaaS company
- Eventually build, mentor and lead the engineering team as the company grows
- Work closely with the founder on product decisions and technical feasibility




- Participate in customer conversations when technical understanding is valuable

Technical Background

Robust experience in several of the following areas is expected:

- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- Python
- AI / LLM integration
- SaaS architecture
- REST APIs and backend development
- Database design
- Cloud infrastructure — AWS / Azure or equivalent
- Deployment, monitoring and production systems
- Building and scaling web-based products

You do not need to have experience with every technology listed above. Robust product-building ability and the ability to learn quickly matter more than matching a specific tech stack.

Beyond Technology

Technology is the primary responsibility, but we strongly value experience or interest in:

- Product development
- UI/UX and design
- Business strategy
- B2B sales
- Customer discovery
- Marketing and growth
- SaaS business models

You are not expected to own all these areas from day one. However, we want someone who is comfortable stepping outside their technical role when the company needs it.

Startup/founding experience is valuable, but strong product-company engineering experience is equally welcome.

Equity

This is an equity-only co-founder opportunity.

Equity will be determined based on the level of contribution, responsibility and commitment to Nirora.

The initial expectation is primarily technical ownership. Someone taking responsibility for only the technical side will have a different equity contribution level from someone who eventually takes significant responsibility across technology, business and company-building.

This will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates based on their experience, expected contribution and long-term involvement.
