Role Summary
We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to own design across our web and mobile products — from concept to pixel-perfect handoff.

Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile (iOS + Android)
- Build and maintain a consistent design system across products
- Run user research and usability tests to back design decisions
- Collaborate with engineers for clean, accurate design handoff
- Own UX writing — labels, errors, empty states, tooltips
- Iterate rapid based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements
- 3+ years UI/UX design experience
- Strong Figma skills — components, prototyping, auto-layout, design tokens




- Proven web design portfolio (responsive, desktop + mobile)
- Proven mobile app design portfolio (iOS + Android, native conventions)
- Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
- Experience handing off to React / React Native developers

- Experience in edtech, healthtech, or family services
- Motion/micro-animation skills
- Usability testing tools (Maze, Hotjar)
