Seller Acquisition Manager – E-commerce Marketplace

Location: Kannur, Kerala
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Jazp.com is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Seller Acquisition Manager to expand our marketplace by onboarding quality sellers and brands. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, seller acquisition, and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers and brands to the marketplace.
- Develop and execute seller acquisition strategies to drive marketplace growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and key stakeholders.
- Guide sellers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller concerns and improve seller performance.
- Monitor seller activity, sales performance, and marketplace growth metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential seller segments.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce,



marketplace operations, seller acquisition, or business development.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and seller management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet acquisition targets and drive business growth.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems is preferred.
