How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

- Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
- Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
- Serving as an expert within own discipline
- Specializes in planning, designing, and developing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications from concept phase to series production used in local, networked, cloudbased or internet related computer programs.

- Developers design, code, test, debug, and document program requirements, working with architects, product managers, and endusers in the development and enhancement of applications.

- Plans, designs, and develops software systems from concept phase to production in local networks or cloud based related computer programs.

About you

Qualifications:

- Skills and Competencies

- 8+ years on the .NET Framework
- 5+ years on the .Net Core
- 5+ years of C# programming experience
- Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC development




- Strong experience in full stack development (frontend and backend)
- Strong experience in front end frameworks (ReactJS, Nextjs)
- Strong experiencing JavaScript/Frameworks (jQuery), CSS3/Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5
- Strong experience with SQL Server development (stored procedures, functions, in memory objects, query optimization)
- Experience with WCF, Web API, and Console Apps
- Experience in Azure Cloud Services (Azure SQL, App Services, ADFS, etc.) and cloud-based application development
- Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns
- Experienced in the SDLC (processes and best practices)
- Strong experience with software development principles and best practices (good coding skills)
- Good understanding of the application security (SDL and OWASP security principles)
- Experience with techniques to quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Insurance industry experience is a plus Skills and Competencies: o Full-Stack Development: Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development.

o .NET Development: Over 5 years of experience working with.NET Core, including C# programming expertise.

o Frontend Technologies: Proficient in ReactJS, Nextjs, JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery), CSS3/Bootstrap, and HTML/HTML5.

o SQL Server Development: Strong expertise in stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.





o Service Development: Experience with .Net API development.

o Azure Cloud Services: Azure-based application development with hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Function App, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and ADFS.

o Application Architecture: Knowledge of design patterns and application architecture principles.

o Agile Methodologies: Experienced in Agile ceremonies and best practices. o Coding Standards: Strong adherence to software development principles and best practices, ensuring clean and efficient code.

o Application Security: Positive understanding of SDL and OWASP security principles.

o Troubleshooting: Skilled in quickly diagnosing and resolving application issues effectively. o Domain Knowledge: Experience in the finance/insurance/benefits domains would be a plus.
