Client Service Executive — AddOn Financial Services, Kalyan

About us We are an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor serving around 1,000 clients across 500 families. Small team, close-knit, referral driven.

What you will do

- Handle client requests: new investments, redemptions, SIP changes, account updates
- Build & Maintain strong client relationships
- Complete and check forms and documents; follow up till the transaction is done
- Keep client records and notes updated in our CRM (Zoho)
- Coordinate with AMCs, platforms and service desks to sort out issues
- Send routine updates, reminders and statements to clients
- Support the advisory team with reports and meeting preparation

What we look for

- Explicit spoken and written English, Marathi and Hindi
- Comfortable with Excel, email and basic software
- Careful with details, keeps promises on time, patient on calls
- Honest and client first.

- Full time, work from our Kalyan office
- Salary as per experience

Pay: ₹11,511.58 - ₹39,114.51 per month
