Python & GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Python & GenAI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. This role requires solid technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications and optimize their performance.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.  Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for efficient data processing and retrieval.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data modelling, management,



and performance optimization. 
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.
- Follow software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development.  Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks.
- Practical exposure to Agentic AI concepts and implementations, AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL,GIT
- Understanding of REST APIs, backend development, and system integration.

Pay: ₹477,682.82 - ₹1,780,277.15 per year
