Job Summary: We are hiring a field-oriented Mobilizer for our DDU-GKY project in Malappuram, Kerala. The role focuses on community outreach, candidate counseling, and enrolling eligible rural youth into government-sponsored skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct extensive field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and community awareness drives across assigned areas in Kerala.
- Identify, mobilize, and counsel eligible rural youth and their parents on training and career prospects.
- Liaise with local panchayats, Kudumbashree units, NGOs, and educational institutions for candidate outreach.
- Manage candidate documentation, verification, and enrolment processes to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain daily field activity logs, candidate databases, and progress reports.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: MSW (Community Development) preferred. Candidates with a Diploma or Any Degree are eligible provided they possess relevant field experience.
- Experience:



Prior experience in grassroots mobilization, community outreach, counseling, or rural development is required for non-MSW candidates.
- Skills: Solid communication skills in Malayalam, persuasive interpersonal abilities, basic computer literacy, and a target-driven mindset.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned rural clusters.
