- Operate CNC Press Brake machines for sheet metal bending operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, bend dimensions, angles and tolerances.
- Select and install appropriate punches and dies according to job requirements.
- Set machine parameters such as bend angle, back gauge, pressure and bending sequence.
- Load and verify CNC programs as per approved process requirements.
- Perform trial bending and first-piece inspection.
- Make necessary corrections to machine parameters and offsets.
- Ensure accurate bend angles, dimensions and component profiles.
- Monitor sheet thickness, material grade and job specifications before processing.
- Handle different types of sheet metal components safely during loading and unloading.
- Check components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Angle Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Identify and report defects such as incorrect angle,



dimensional variation, scratches or deformation.
- Maintain required production quantity and cycle time.
- Monitor tooling condition and report damaged or worn-out punches and dies.
- Maintain machine, tools and work area in good condition.
- Follow approved work instructions, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Record production, rejection and downtime details accurately.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and other departments for smooth production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
