About the job

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Compensation configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors Compensation solutions and working closely with HR and business stakeholders

Responsibilties

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions, Configure compensation templates, worksheets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and compensation plans, Manage merit, bonus, salary increase, and other compensation programs, Configure Business Rules, MDF objects, workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Configure compensation statements and executive review processes, Integrate Compensation with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules, Handle compensation-related data imports, exports, validation, and troubleshooting, Support SIT/UAT, testing, deployment, and production issues, Troubleshoot compensation configuration and calculation-related issues, Gather requirements and translate HR/business needs into SuccessFactors solutions, Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and process documentation, Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements,.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 6–7 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on experience in Compensation, Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation implementation, configuration, testing, and support, Solid understanding of compensation processes, salary planning,merit increases, bonus programs, and eligibility rules..
