- Process cashless and reimbursement motor insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals.
- Prepare and submit claim documents with accurate estimates and photographs.
- Follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Verify policy coverage, claim eligibility, and customer documentation.
- Maintain claim records and update the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Communicate claim status and repair progress to customers.
- Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies with insurers.
- Ensure compliance with OEM and insurance company claim guidelines.
- Support the workshop in achieving claim closure and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
