Experience

This position is strictly for candidates with prior experience in the Valuation domain. IBBI-Registered Valuers are preferred; however, candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant experience in asset valuation may also apply.

Your Role

- Prepare and draft valuation reports for fixed assets, including Land, Buildings, Plant & Machinery and other tangible assets.




- Undertake local and pan-India site visits for various valuation assignments, as required.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, collect relevant market and technical data, and analyse case-specific requirements for valuation of flats, shops, offices, land & buildings, and plant & machinery.
- Review technical and commercial information to support valuation assessments and report preparation.
- Interact with clients, consultants and other stakeholders whenever required to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Work closely with senior valuers and technical teams and progressively take ownership of assignments.
- Candidates will receive extensive on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of valuation assignments.

What We Are Looking For

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in Asset Valuation is mandatory.
- IBBI-Registered Valuers are preferred.
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and AI tools.
- Candidates should be based in the location for which they are applying.
- A hustle-oriented attitude, with curiosity, ownership and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and assignments across India.
