Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The ideal candidate will manage client appointments, handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure a seamless front-desk experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and courteous attitude.
- Manage daily appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling using clinic software.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about services and bookings.
- Maintain and update patient/client records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Collect payments and issue receipts when required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, scheduling tools).
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
