Job Requirements

- Heading Diamond & Gemstones sorting department

- Responsible for the Overall Operations of the department

- Deploying, Monitoring & Sustenance of Quality Assurance standards of Tanishq, ZOYA, MIA & IBD

- Managing the Inventory of Solitaire, Small Diamonds & Colour stones as per Business need

- Coordination with Central Planning, Stone Sourcing teams to manage the Diamond & Gemstones to fulfil the Production Plan

- Ensure Material Governance as per Policy and periodic Physical Verification as per defined Schedule

- Upgradation, Training & Competency Building on Gemstones for Internal Team members (Sorting, Bagging, Colour Lustre Matching, Diamond Cutting & Shaping) and other Teams in factory (Production, NPD & Quality)

- Work closely with Diamond and Gemstone teams to develop current shape / cut for Bespoke / Luxury brands of Titan

Managing the Team of skilled Diamond Sorters and delivering the Business need

Work Experience

Degree in Engineering / Science / Diploma

- 8~10 Years of technical experience in Diamond Industry

- Relevant Experience needed in Solitaire and Small Diamonds

- Experience in Color Stone would be an added advantage

Teaching / Training experience would be an added advantage
