Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Executive to develop engaging content and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, blogs, case studies, and product-related content.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, reels, carousels, and promotional content.
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and create relevant, engaging content.
- Optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices.
- Monitor content performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.




- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns with compelling content that drives engagement and leads.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, WordPress, or other content management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in video scripting and short-form content creation.
- Basic understanding of AI content tools.
- Portfolio of blogs, social media posts, or marketing campaigns.
