Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to lead and manage daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent customer service, control costs, and achieve sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities

Manage overall day-to-day F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B; team.

Monitor sales, revenue, food cost, wastage, and operating expenses. E

nsure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and service.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for operations.

Train employees on service standards, SOPs, and customer handling.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and wastage.

Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and improved customer experience. Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, accounts, HR, and other departments.





Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory food-safety requirements. Requirements

10–15 years of relevant experience in F&B;, restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality operations. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of F&B; operations, inventory, cost control, and hygiene standards. Robust customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
