Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Private Chef to work at a private residence. The ideal candidate should have robust culinary skills, excellent knowledge of Indian and international cuisines, and the ability to prepare fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals according to the family's preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily meals for the family as per their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare a variety of North Indian, South Indian, and other cuisines as required.
- Plan daily and weekly menus based on the family's requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
- Coordinate grocery and kitchen requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare meals for guests and special occasions when required.
- Adapt dishes according to individual tastes, allergies, and dietary preferences.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.




- Work discreetly and professionally within a private household.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a private residence, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly North and South Indian.
- Knowledge of continental and other international cuisines will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to prepare healthy and nutritious meals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Should be flexible with working hours based on the family's requirements.
- Experience working in a private household will be preferred.
