Salary: 10k to 15K - Attractive Sales Commission

About the Job

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for a manufacturing company based in Rajpura.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our machines/products, and convince interested customers to make a purchase.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building customer relationships, and earning additional income through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Explain machine features, benefits, pricing and applications clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn additional commission on machines sold through your calling efforts.





What We’re Looking For

- candidates with good communication skills.
- Confident, polite and convincing personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers/WhatsApp is preferred.
- Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
