Tech Guru IT Solutions is hiring a Field Sales Executive to work the volume end of the Delhi market — smaller AMC contracts, hardware, refurbished and open-box systems across the Nehru Place and South Delhi belt, where relationships beat presentations and speed beats polish.

You will work small and mid-sized businesses, trade accounts and dealers. The product range is broad: laptops, desktops, servers, switches, printers, CCTV, software licensing and short-term equipment rentals, in current, refurbished, open-box and used condition. Cross-selling our domain, hosting and bulk-email services into the same conversations is part of the role.

This is a high-activity role — four client meetings a day, twelve new accounts visited a week, six proposals a week. From Month 3 the target is 2 new AMC contracts and ₹2,50,000 of billed order value per month. If you already know the Nehru Place trade, you will be productive far faster, and we weight that heavily in selection.

Incentive is uncapped and calculated on realised gross margin, with a ₹3,000 bonus per new AMC logo.



On-target earning is ₹3.6–4.4 LPA against a ₹2.46 LPA fixed. Promotion path runs to Senior Field Sales Executive, Key Account Manager and Sales Manager.

Work Experience Required :- 1 – 3 years in field sales. Candidates with existing Nehru Place dealer or SME contacts are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
