B9 Solution is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with experience in IT/Software Sales and Business Development.

What You’ll Do & Requirements

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Justdial, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, and bidding platforms.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build robust client relationships and achieve business development targets.
- Maintain leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
