KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Design structural packaging formats — pouches, jars, cartons — balancing shelf appeal, functionality and cost.

● Develop print-ready graphic layouts for packaging, labels and secondary cartons in line with brand guidelines.

● Design creatives for Instagram, website, email campaigns and print collateral — brochures, standees and event material.

● Coordinate with packaging vendors and printers on dielines, material samples and print proofs.

● Ensure packaging specs meet regulatory requirements — FSSAI labelling, net quantity and MRP declarations.

● Build and maintain a design system — templates, dielines, brand assets and style guides — for reuse across teams.

● Support sustainability evaluation of packaging materials — recyclability, cost and barrier trade-offs.

● Translate founder and brand inputs — often qualitative, "by-feel" direction — into production-ready packaging and visual design.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
