About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive CS & Sales Intern to support our Customer Service and Sales team. The intern will assist in handling customer queries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain products.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.




- Willingness to learn customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant degree/course.
- Freshers and candidates looking for internship experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
