We are looking for a creative Graphic & Video Content Designer to develop high-quality visual and video content for brand communication, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

The role will have a strong focus on video creation and editing, supported by graphic design and visual communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to turn ideas and business content into clear, engaging, and professional visual stories across different formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create brand, promotional, and social media videos for digital channels.
- Develop short-form videos, explainers, motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, and other visual content.
- Edit and produce videos using graphics, animation, stock footage, illustrations, screen recordings, and other visual assets.
- Convert presentations, reports, articles, case studies, and other company content into engaging video and visual formats.
- Develop graphics, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, reports, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Create visual assets and content for websites, campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all content.
- Work with marketing, technical, product, and sustainability teams to translate complex information into transparent and engaging visual content.




- Use AI-powered creative and video tools where appropriate to support ideation, design, animation, editing, and content production.
- Stay informed about emerging design, video, and AI tools and adopt relevant technologies that improve creative output and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in video creation, editing, and visual storytelling, particularly for digital and social media.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and promotional content.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-powered creative and video tools to support and enhance design and content production.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively through visual and video content.
- Good creative judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and tools such as Wordpress is an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating video, motion graphics, social media, and graphic design work is preferred.
