Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to engage customers over phone calls. The role involves generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualification:

- Plus Two / Degree in any discipline
- Relevant sales experience preferred

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field preferred

Salary Package

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services effectively to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software systems is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.
