Position: DCDP / CDP – Bakery & Pastry

Job Location: Greater Kailash 2

Experience: 3–4 Years in Bakery & Pastry

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.
- Handle daily bakery production as per standards and recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Assist in menu planning, new product development, and daily preparation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage bakery ingredients, stock, and wastage.
- Guide and supervise Commis and junior bakery staff.
- Ensure smooth and timely operations of the bakery section.

Requirements:

- Positive knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
