What You Will Do

Production

- Edit and produce video content across formats- social media reels, brand films, product videos, explainers, advertisements, and motion graphics packages
- Design and animate in After Effects- motion graphics, title sequences, visual effects, transitions, lower thirds, and compositing
- Create 3D motion graphics and animated elements using Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent
- Integrate AI-generated visuals, footage, and audio into polished final outputs- Vibeix is an AI-first studio and you will be working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
- Deliver exports optimised for every platform- Instagram, YouTube, broadcast, web

Creative Collaboration

- Work with the creative director and brand team to understand the brief, the audience, and the desired outcome before touching the timeline
- Contribute ideas during pre-production- if you see a better way to tell the story, say so
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear version control and organised project files- disorganised editors slow everyone down
- Accept and incorporate feedback efficiently- revision cycles should make the work better, not longer

Quality and Standards

- Maintain consistent output quality across all deliveries- colour grading, audio levels, export settings, and format specifications are always on point
- Keep up with platform trends- what works on Instagram Reels today is different from six months ago, and you should know the difference




- Stay current with After Effects plugins, 3D tools, and AI creative tools- bring new techniques to the team proactively

What We Are Looking For

Technical skills- must have:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects- not just the basics, but expressions, motion tracking, compositing, and plugin workflows
- Strong 3D motion graphics capability- Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D within After Effects
- Solid video editing foundation in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Colour grading and audio mixing to a professional broadcast standard
- Understanding of export formats, compression, and platform-specific specifications

Technical skills- good to have:

- Experience with AI creative tools - Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar
- Motion capture or character animation experience
- Photography or cinematography background
- Experience with After Effects scripting or expressions at an advanced level

Portfolio requirements:
A showreel or portfolio is mandatory. We will not shortlist without seeing work. Your reel should demonstrate After Effects animation, 3D motion, and editing- not just cuts. If your best work is in a client NDA, show us something personal. We want to see what you are capable of when you are free to do it properly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
