We are looking for Boiler Operators at our factory (Angamaly, Ernakulam dist)

- Operate the boiler and associated equipment safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, steam generation, fuel consumption, and other operating parameters.
- Ensure continuous and adequate steam supply to production departments.
- Start up and shut down the boiler according to prescribed operating procedures.
- Monitor boiler feed water, fuel supply, chemical dosing, and water treatment systems.
- Maintain proper boiler water level and operating pressure at all times.
- Conduct regular inspection of boiler, burners, pumps, valves, gauges, safety devices, and pipelines.
- Identify abnormal conditions such as pressure fluctuations, leakage, unusual noise, vibration, or overheating and report immediately.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Experience required
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Boiler Operation, Electrical, or a relevant technical trade.
- Valid Boiler Attendant Certificate / Boiler Operator Certificate as required by applicable statutory regulations.
- Age below 45

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
