- Manage Accure Security's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging and professional content.
- Write captions, social media copy and calls-to-action.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries.
- Maintain consistent Accure Security branding across all platforms.
- Research relevant trends, hashtags, keywords and content opportunities.

Content Creation

- Create professional graphics, social media posts, carousels and promotional materials.
- Create and edit short-form videos, Reels and other social media content.
- Capture and utilize authentic photos and videos from Accure Security operations, events, training and team activities.
- Develop educational, promotional, informational and behind-the-scenes content.
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other appropriate platforms.

LinkedIn & B2B Marketing

- Develop Accure Security's LinkedIn presence and professional brand.
- Create content targeting business owners, property managers, facility managers, construction companies, retailers, event organizers and other decision-makers.
- Identify relevant businesses and potential B2B opportunities.
- Support digital outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required

- Experience in social media management,



digital marketing, content marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and content-creation skills.
- Experience creating social media graphics and short-form videos.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred / Assets

- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of SEO and local SEO.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Lead-generation experience.
- Experience working with local businesses or service-based companies.
- Security industry or private security experience is an asset but not required.

Work Schedule & Time Zone Requirement

- The successful candidate must be available to work according to Canadian Eastern Time (ET).
- The candidate must be comfortable with daylight saving time changes, including the transition between Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Pay: ₹16,200.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
