Job Description

The Roy Fine Dine Restaurant, Tiruchirappalli, is looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our restaurant team.

The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest enquiries and feedback, building customer relationships, and ensuring an excellent overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Act as the face of the restaurant and create a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with seating, reservations, enquiries, and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Service, Kitchen, and Restaurant Operations teams to ensure smooth service.
- Build and maintain good relationships with regular and VIP customers.
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
- Follow up with guests regarding reservations and special occasions.




- Understand guest preferences and provide personalized service.
- Support customer retention and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist with basic administrative and office-related work during low guest-traffic periods.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager / Management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
- Diploma or Degree in Guest Service Management / Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English and Tamil.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation.
- Friendly, confident, polite, and customer-focused.
- Strong guest-handling and complaint-resolution skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively during busy restaurant hours.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak business hours.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
