Sharadha Skill Academy is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller – Admissions Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, explaining our skill development programs, and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students build their careers.

✅ Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from digital marketing and college leads.
- Provide accurate information about training programs and course offerings.
- Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Follow up with interested candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel on a daily basis.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets assigned by the academy.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.




- Handle basic incoming queries related to courses, fees, and schedules.

✅ Qualification & Skills Required

- Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good listening, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a target-based setting.

✅ Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, or admissions.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
