- Student Recruitment: Attend college fairs, visit high schools, and lead campus tours to promote the institution.
- Application Evaluation: Review applications, academic credentials, essays, and letters of recommendation to determine student eligibility.
- Candidate Counseling: Answer questions about degree programs, campus life, tuition costs, and financial aid options via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Data Management: Track prospective student interactions, application statuses, and follow-up tasks using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with financial aid, faculty departments, and marketing teams to streamline the enrolment pipeline.
