*Preferred Candidate Profile*

* Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.

* 6–12 years of experience in Retail / Channel Sales, preferably in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle or related retail businesses.

* Solid experience in managing Shop-in-Shop (SIS) / Large Format Retail (LFS) counters across a territory.

* Experience managing sales, profitability, stock availability, merchandising and manpower across multiple locations.

* Prior experience handling LFS / retail partners such as department stores, multi-brand outlets or similar retail formats preferred.

* Strong experience in managing promoters / Brand Ambassadors / in-store sales teams across multiple locations.

* High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

*Territory Responsibility*

*Vijayawada Base:* Responsible for the entire Andhra Pradesh.

*Hyderabad Base:* Responsible for the entire Telangana.

Extensive travel across the assigned state will be required.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
