- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients when required.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
