Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter/ HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT Recruitment and wants to gain hands-on experience in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers/recruitment leads.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Negotiate compensation/salary expectations when required.
- Assist with offer coordination and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.

HR Responsibilities

- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate collection of required employee documents.




- Assist with attendance and leave tracking.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
- Assist the HR team with other administrative and operational activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Good to Have

- Knowledge or exposure to US IT Recruitment.
- Understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C employment models.
- Basic understanding of US staffing/recruitment processes.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
- Basic understanding of candidate onboarding and background verification processes.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing terminology and recruitment practices.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
