The RoleYou will be responsible for :

- Assist in sourcing candidates for sales roles through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses
- Support HR team in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
- Prepare and update recruitment-related reports and trackers
- Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
