Job Summary

- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Modules such as Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Management, Supply Planning and Replenishment Planning. · Must understand Supply Chain Planning business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality. · Must deliver/Review functional specifications documentations for RICEFW. · Write/review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. · Should handle the solution Development and configuration of End to End Planning processes in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Modules. · Create/Review and execute the test scripts for Supply Chain Planning processes with the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. · Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager · Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template · Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's · Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. · Should handle the data mapping and Review FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Modules from Legacy systems. · Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. · Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. · Should have knowledge on handling integrations

- Any University bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
- Overall 8 to 12 Years’ experience.
- Having Retail / Manufacturing Industry Domain Experience of 5-8 years will be an added advantage.
- Extensive background as Consultant having covered at least 3 of the functional areas of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud like Sales & Operations Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud, Supply Planning Cloud and Replenishment Management.
- Experience in Rollout and Implementation of Oracle SCM modules for EMEA, North America and APAC Countries
- Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud certifications highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP domain with experience in multiple End-to-End Implementations/Rollouts.
- Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel.
- Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent problem Solving, Analytical and Presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication with a solid eye for detail
- Highly Organized and self-motivated
